1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ForgeStudy website and the academic-support services offered through it.

By using ForgeStudy, you agree to these Terms when you:

A specific written quotation, scope confirmation, or project agreement made with ForgeStudy may set additional or different terms for that project. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and a confirmed written project agreement, the confirmed project agreement will normally control for that project, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

2. Operator of the Service

ForgeStudy is currently operated as an independent online academic-support project. It is not incorporated or registered as a separate legal company.

In these Terms, references to “ForgeStudy”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the individual operator responsible for the ForgeStudy website and its services.

ForgeStudy does not process payments directly through this website. Quotations, payment methods, and payment schedules are discussed individually with each client and may be completed through an external bank transfer, payment platform, or another method agreed between the parties.

3. Eligibility

You may use the website and request services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

If you contact ForgeStudy on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the information and instructions submitted.

ForgeStudy may refuse or discontinue service where it reasonably believes that eligibility requirements are not met, that the request is unlawful, or that the service would breach academic-integrity or institutional rules.

4. Scope of Services

ForgeStudy provides independent academic-support services intended to help clients understand, plan, structure, review, and improve academic work. Depending on the confirmed project scope, services may include:

The exact deliverables, format, length, deadline, and price for any project are defined only in the confirmed written scope, quotation, or project agreement. General website descriptions, examples, and marketing materials do not by themselves create a binding project commitment.

ForgeStudy does not provide legal, immigration, medical, financial, or regulated professional advice unless expressly agreed in writing for a clearly defined non-academic task.

5. Educational Purpose and Academic Integrity

ForgeStudy provides academic guidance, research support, editing, structured reference materials, analysis assistance, formatting, consulting, and related services for educational and reference purposes.

6. Project Requests and Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the information supplied by the client at the time of the request. Incomplete, unclear, or inaccurate information may affect price, timeline, feasibility, and the final deliverable.

To prepare an accurate quotation, the client should provide, where relevant:

A quotation is an estimate or offer based on the information available at that time. It becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by both parties as part of an accepted project scope.

If the client adds new instructions, changes the topic, expands the scope, requests additional sections, provides new data, or materially alters requirements after acceptance, ForgeStudy may require:

7. Accuracy of Client Instructions

The client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all instructions, files, rubrics, data, deadlines, formatting requirements, and institutional constraints provided to ForgeStudy.

ForgeStudy is entitled to rely on the information supplied by the client unless it is obviously incorrect or incomplete.

ForgeStudy is not responsible for deficiencies caused by incorrect instructions, missing files, outdated rubrics, inaccessible links, corrupted uploads, incomplete datasets, or failure to disclose relevant institutional restrictions.

If ForgeStudy discovers a material inconsistency in the instructions, it may pause work and request clarification before continuing.

8. Project Acceptance

A project is accepted only when ForgeStudy confirms in writing that it can deliver the agreed scope within the stated terms.

Written acceptance may be given by email, Telegram, or another agreed communication channel and should normally confirm:

ForgeStudy may decline any request before work begins, including where the deadline is unrealistic, the scope is unclear, the request appears to breach academic-integrity rules, specialist capacity is unavailable, or the project cannot be delivered lawfully or safely.

9. Pricing

Prices are quoted individually based on subject, academic level, complexity, length, deadline, research requirements, software needs, revision expectations, and other project-specific factors.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the confirmed agreement, quoted prices are for the agreed scope only and do not include future changes, additional sections, new data, new instructions, rush extensions, or out-of-scope revisions.

ForgeStudy may correct an obvious pricing error before written acceptance. After acceptance, price changes apply only where the client requests additional work or where both parties agree in writing.

10. Payment Arrangements

Payments are arranged outside the ForgeStudy website through a separately agreed method discussed with the client. ForgeStudy does not collect payment-card details or process payments directly through the website.

Possible arrangements may include:

Work may be paused, delayed, or withheld where payment is late, incomplete, reversed, disputed without reasonable basis, or cannot be verified. ForgeStudy is not obliged to continue delivery while a payment issue remains unresolved.

The client is responsible for any fees, conversion costs, delays, or restrictions imposed by their bank, payment provider, or transfer service.

11. Cancellation Before Work Begins

A client may cancel a project before work has started by notifying ForgeStudy in writing.

If no specialist time or preparatory work has been committed, ForgeStudy will normally release any advance payment related to unstarted work, subject to the Refund Policy and any non-refundable costs already incurred.

If preparatory review, research, scheduling, file review, or administrative work has already begun, ForgeStudy may retain a reasonable amount to cover work completed or resources committed before cancellation.

12. Cancellation After Work Begins

If a client cancels after work has begun, ForgeStudy may retain payment corresponding to work already completed, time already committed, materials already produced, and reasonable costs already incurred.

Any partial delivery, draft materials, or work-in-progress may be provided only at ForgeStudy’s discretion and in line with the confirmed agreement and Refund Policy.

ForgeStudy may also suspend or terminate a project where the client breaches these Terms, fails to cooperate, provides unlawful instructions, or creates an unreasonable dispute or abuse risk.

13. Deadlines and Client Cooperation

ForgeStudy uses reasonable efforts to meet confirmed deadlines, but delivery times depend on timely instructions, payment, responses, and cooperation from the client.

The client should respond promptly to clarification requests. Delayed responses may reduce the time available for completion or require a revised deadline or price.

ForgeStudy does not guarantee delivery by a specific time in all circumstances.

14. Urgent Projects

Urgent or short-notice projects may be accepted only where capacity and feasibility allow.

Rush work may require a higher price, a reduced revision window, narrower scope, or delivery of part of the work before the final deadline.

Acceptance of an urgent deadline does not guarantee completion if essential instructions, files, payment, or client responses are not provided in time.

15. Delivery

Deliverables are normally provided through email, Telegram, cloud link, or another agreed channel stated in the project agreement.

Delivery is treated as made when ForgeStudy sends the agreed files or access instructions to the client’s designated contact method, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for checking that files open correctly, that the correct version was received, and that delivery was not blocked by spam filters, storage limits, or account restrictions on the client side.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect email address, inactive account, full inbox, blocked sender, or other client-side issue, the deadline may be extended only where reasonably necessary and fair.

16. Client Review of Delivered Materials

The client should review delivered materials promptly after receipt.

Revision requests, correction requests, and concerns should normally be raised within the period stated in the confirmed agreement. If no period is stated, the client should raise material issues as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

Failure to review materials in time may limit the ability to request revisions before a submission deadline or before files are deleted under the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Revisions

Included revisions apply only to bringing the deliverable into reasonable alignment with the original confirmed brief, rubric, and written project scope.

The number of included revision rounds, if any, will be stated in the confirmed agreement. Out-of-scope changes may require a new quotation, revised deadline, or additional payment.

Revision requests should be specific, consolidated where reasonably possible, and linked to the original brief so they can be assessed fairly.

18. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the confirmed project agreement, the stage of the project, work already completed, resources already committed, materials already delivered, and the Refund Policy, together with any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

Refunds are not automatically unavailable in every situation. Where a refund is requested, ForgeStudy will review the request based on the facts of the project and the applicable policy.

ForgeStudy may offer a partial refund, credit toward revision work, or redelivery instead of a full refund where that is fair and consistent with the agreement.

19. No Guarantee of Academic Results

ForgeStudy does not guarantee any specific academic, admissions, or professional outcome.

This includes, without limitation, no guarantee of:

20. AI Detection and Similarity Tools

AI-detection tools, similarity checkers, and related software may produce inconsistent, changing, or disputed results. Different tools, versions, settings, and institutions may report different outcomes for the same material.

ForgeStudy does not promise any fixed AI-detector percentage, similarity score, or institutional screening result.

Any internal review, formatting check, or informational screening performed by ForgeStudy is provided for guidance only and does not guarantee acceptance by a university, publisher, employer, or third-party system.

The client remains responsible for reviewing materials and confirming that their use complies with institutional rules and assessment requirements.

21. Sources and References

Where reference lists, citations, quotations, or bibliographies are included in the agreed deliverables, they are prepared based on the confirmed instructions and materials supplied by the client.

The client should independently review:

ForgeStudy is not responsible for citation errors caused by incorrect source details, incomplete reading lists, unavailable sources, or institutional rules not disclosed by the client.

22. Data, Statistics, Coding, and Software

Where a project includes data handling, statistical analysis, coding, modelling, spreadsheets, scripts, or software output, the work is based on the data, assumptions, methods, and instructions provided or confirmed by the client.

The client should independently review:

ForgeStudy is not responsible for analytical errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, corrupted, or mislabelled client-provided data, or by undisclosed changes to the dataset after work has begun.

The client is responsible for confirming that any software, code, dataset, or analytical method may be used lawfully and in accordance with institutional rules.

23. Educational Account Access

Clients should normally provide academic materials through safer methods such as:

Where limited access is exceptionally required and permitted by the institution, it must be explicitly authorised, limited, temporary, and revoked after the agreed purpose is completed. The client remains responsible for confirming that any access method complies with institutional rules.

24. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property in materials created specifically for a client project is transferred or licensed to the client only to the extent stated in the confirmed project agreement and after applicable payment has been received.

ForgeStudy retains the right to use general know-how, templates, non-confidential methods, and pre-existing materials that are not specific to the client’s unique content.

The client may not resell, republish, sublicense, or commercially distribute ForgeStudy materials, internal templates, or specialist work product without written permission, except where permitted by the confirmed agreement or applicable law.

The client warrants that materials supplied to ForgeStudy do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights and that ForgeStudy is permitted to use them for the agreed project.

25. Client-Provided Materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all files, data, lecture notes, drafts, rubrics, screenshots, links, and third-party materials provided to ForgeStudy may lawfully be shared for the agreed purpose.

ForgeStudy may rely on the client’s confirmation that uploaded materials are theirs to share or are provided with the necessary permission.

ForgeStudy may remove, refuse, or return materials that appear unlawful, unrelated, excessively sensitive, or incompatible with the requested service.

26. Confidentiality

ForgeStudy uses reasonable efforts to keep client communications, instructions, and project materials confidential within the limits of its operating model as an independent online service.

ForgeStudy does not promise absolute confidentiality, permanent storage, or perfect security. Communications sent through third-party platforms are also subject to those providers’ own systems and policies.

27. Prohibited Uses

Termination does not remove payment obligations for work already completed or costs already incurred, and does not prevent ForgeStudy from pursuing reasonable remedies permitted by law.

A client may stop using the website at any time. Active projects remain subject to the confirmed agreement, Refund Policy, and any payment obligations for work already performed.

Clients must communicate respectfully and provide instructions in good faith.

ForgeStudy may rely on third-party services for communication, file storage, hosting, security, transfers, and other operational needs.

These services operate under their own terms and technical systems. ForgeStudy does not control their availability, security architecture, backup cycles, or independent legal obligations.

Use of third-party platforms by the client, including Telegram, Gmail, Google Drive, banks, or transfer services, is also subject to those providers’ own rules.

31. Website Availability

ForgeStudy aims to keep the website reasonably available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

The website may be unavailable, delayed, or limited because of maintenance, updates, hosting issues, security incidents, third-party outages, or events outside reasonable control.

Temporary website unavailability does not by itself entitle a client to a refund for an unrelated active project, although ForgeStudy will use reasonable efforts to continue communication through agreed alternative channels where practical.

32. External Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or resources for convenience.

ForgeStudy does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or policies of external websites. Access to external links is at the user’s own risk.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeStudy’s liability arising out of or in connection with the website or a specific project is limited as described in this section.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or any other liability that applicable mandatory law does not permit to be restricted.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to the client under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, ForgeStudy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of marks, academic standing, admissions opportunity, income, reputation, or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Where legally permitted, ForgeStudy’s total aggregate liability connected with a specific project should not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that project.

These limitations apply only to the extent allowed by the law governing the relationship and do not affect rights that are mandatory and non-waivable.

34. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

The client is responsible for their own use of delivered materials and for compliance with institutional, disciplinary, and legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ForgeStudy against claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from the client’s unlawful use of materials, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misrepresentation of permissions to use supplied content, except to the extent caused by ForgeStudy’s own breach of the confirmed agreement or conduct that cannot be excluded by law.

35. Events Outside Reasonable Control

ForgeStudy is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, including illness, emergency, power or internet outages, hosting failures, platform outages, cyber incidents, government action, labour disruption, or other events that could not reasonably have been avoided.

Where such an event affects an active project, ForgeStudy will use reasonable efforts to notify the client and agree a revised timeline where appropriate.

36. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

ForgeStudy will review complaints in good faith and seek a fair resolution based on the confirmed agreement, these Terms, the Refund Policy, and applicable law.

Parties should attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication before pursuing external remedies, except where urgent legal or consumer rights require immediate action.

37. Applicable Mandatory Rights

These Terms are intended to operate fairly and lawfully. If any part of these Terms is inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection law or other rights that cannot be waived, the mandatory provision will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

Continued use of the website or services after publication of updated Terms does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

38. Matters Not Specifically Addressed

These Terms cannot describe every possible technical, operational, academic, or legal situation that may arise.

Where a matter is not expressly addressed, ForgeStudy may make a reasonable operational decision provided that the decision is:

Minor administrative, corrective, stylistic, or clarifying updates may take effect when published on the website without individual prior notice.

Where mandatory law requires advance notice or separate agreement for a material change affecting an existing project, ForgeStudy will provide the notice or request the agreement required by that law.

Changes do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or rewrite an already confirmed project agreement unless legally permitted or mutually agreed in writing.

40. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where possible, the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent and operates lawfully.

41. No Waiver

A failure or delay by ForgeStudy to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Any waiver must be clear and in writing to be effective, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

42. Entire Agreement

The complete agreement between ForgeStudy and a client may include:
