  2. removing specialist access;
  3. deleting active Google Drive files;
  4. deleting temporary local working copies;

  6. deleting unnecessary account-access information;
  7. removing unnecessary identifying details from retained dispute records;
  8. emptying cloud-storage trash or allowing the provider’s normal deletion cycle to complete;
  9. confirming that the deletion review was completed.

Deletion from active folders may not instantly remove copies stored in temporary backups operated by third-party providers.

Such backup copies may remain until overwritten through the provider’s normal technical cycle.
